A resilient person is someone who can adapt well to difficulties, trauma, or sources of stress.

How do resilient people bounce back from challenging experiences while maintaining their physical and emotional wellbeing?

In this activity, we’ll explore what resilience looks like by identifying the eight key skills that resilient people use to navigate tough situations.

In the What does resilience look like? activity, we explored what resilience is and the skills that can help build it. Now, let’s use what we’ve learned to reflect on our individual strengths, identify areas for development, and how we can support each other as a team.

  • Think of a situation or a specific challenge you’re currently facing or have faced in the past.
  • Use the Eight skills to build resilience we covered earlier to discuss how you can apply them to that situation. Here’s a reminder of the eight skills...

Resilience by design is an engaging eLearning journey that takes a deep dive into resilience, focusing on self-care and managing burnout in both personal and professional settings.

What's included?

The course covers topics such as workplace culture, self-care practises, and daily habits to enhance your wellbeing both at work and at home. It provides practical tools to help you maintain balance, make informed decisions, and foster a sustainable long-term career.
